Hi! In my monumental villa, Huize Boot, a room will temporarily become available – from January 23 to April 23, 2025 because I (Lisette) are going on a trip! I live with eight other graduates and starting workers in a large detached house just outside the center of Leiden. Although everyone has their own life, we like to do things together on a regular basis, such as eating together, going out or watching a movie or series. The room that becomes available is located in the attic, is approximately 23 m², and offers plenty of space for yourself. You share a bathroom and a toilet on the same floor with one roommate. In addition, our house has: a shared living room, two kitchens (incl. dishwashers!), a guest room, a laundry room, two extra toilets and two showers (optional use), a bicycle shed, a large garden. The current rent is €445.55 per month, with a monthly house contribution of €40, excluding any service costs. Please note: the current rent may change. This concerns social rent, for which an income limit of up to €47,699 per year applies in 2024. You will sublet the room, for which we will fill in a form for house sitting together (see link at the bottom of this message) and submit it to the Keys (housing corporation).
