Dear people, I am looking for a roommate (around 23-30 years old) who is working and looking for a place to live in Utrecht. It is an apartment in Kanaleneiland opposite Park Transwijk of approximately 70 m2 with a large storage room and balcony. The room you rent is about 15 m2, but of course we share the rest. The rent is approx. €630 exclusive and will be available from January 1st. You will live with me and Muki (kitten). I myself am someone who likes to chill at home. I would like to do something together every now and then, but there are no social obligations. A plus if you like to play with Muki. For the rest, I appreciate a clean house and good communication.
