Bought by Merlin Cinemas in 1990, the Savoy is over 100 years old, it is said to be the longest continually running cinema in the UK having opened its doors in 1912. The flats are situated within the Old Brewery building.Centrally located in the heart of Penzance, less than 10 minutes walk from Penzance train and bus station, 2 minutes walk from St. Erbyn's Long stay car park TR18 2RG parking is charged at £8 for 24 hours weekly cost £39.20. Free parking daily from 4pm-9am. There are also multiple short stay car parks surrounding the area.If you would like the travel cot please do let us know in advance as this is not left in the apartment.There is no parking within the apartment building, however you can park on surrounding streets free of charge when space provides (Belgravia Street, High Street) St Erbyns long stay car park is just a few minutes walk from the apartment, you can safely park your car here for your stay.
