The living area looks out onto the Castle Street and includes a SMART TV.The newly fitted kitchen has all the amenities you would expect with breakfast bar for two.Off the hall way is a modern, contemporary bathroom, which features walk in shower with rain shower head.At the rear of the property is a double bedroom with plenty of wardrobe and storage space. This is one of 4 apartments we let out in the building.Guest accessWe have a shared entrance with other guests but our apartment is let as an entire space. Please make yourself at home.Other things to noteWe have 4 apartments in this block and are more than happy to accomodate larger groups, please get in touch.Travel cot and high chair available to hire on request.Our TV is a SMART TV and you are welcome to log into your own account but please remember to log out before you leave.We ask you not to smoke or vape in the property. If you do outside, please remember to bin your cigarette ends reponsably in the bin and not on the floor.We do have a secure, gated parking space in the town centre which is a 2-minute walk from the apartments. If you would like to make use of the space please let us know as soon as possible, as it is subject to availability. There is a £10 charge per night and is available from 2 pm on your check-in day until 10.30 am on your check-out day.Additional rulesWe would really appreciate if you would not wear outdoor shoes ion the carpeted area.No smoking or vaping in the property or out of the windows.
