We have 2 good size bedrooms and a bright and airy living/dining/balcony area for you to relax in.Free parking is there if you need it but the location means that you can easily walk or grab a bus anywhere!Nearby you have the beautiful Ormeau Park and Botanic Gardens - perfect for an evening stroll - and all around you are some of the best bars, cafes and restaurants in Belfast.The spaceOur apartment occupies a prime location inside a private, gated community in the university area of Belfast. It is up two flights of stairs and as you enter the apartment you will find two double bedrooms and a master bathroom. The large fully equipped kitchen is separate from the living area and has lots of storage for those staying a little longer. The main section of the apartment is open planned area encompassing the dining area, living area and a juliette balcony with great views. Free parking is included.The AreaYou are located in the university area of south Belfast and will not be short on things to do/places to eat. On your doorstep you have Bo Tree Kitchen which is a very popular Thai restaurant (bring your own beer/wine) and you need to make reservations.We also recommend walking to Botanic Avenue which is a great place for lunch and dinner - we recommend Madame Pho and Falafel. In that area you also have the Empire which is a cool bar and also does live music nights, comedy nights, quiz nights etc. If you want to get to the city centre it is a quick 15 minute walk/10 minute bus ride and of course the options there for eating and drinking seem endless these days! (We are happy to provide recommendations).Also nearby you have Ormeau Park and Botanic Avenue, both of which are great for a morning/evening stroll or run and in Ormeau Park you can even do the park run on Saturday mornings.Other things to noteParking is free but is unallocated. It shouldn't happen but if there are no free spaces I am afraid there is nothing we can do. You will have to park on the street outside (free parking).When parking, you must display the parking permit and then leave it back after your stay.No parties, excess noise, or additional guests without permission at any time.We have to be very strict on this due to the proximity of our neighbours. If you feel you cannot adhere to this please do not book as we may cancel your stay without any refund once discovered.Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. We are very conscious of being in a residential area and any violation of either rule will result in immediate cancellation of stay without refund.Please be careful not to leave anything behind when you checkout!
