Centrally located around the corner from Mill Road, this is the perfect place for up to 2 people looking to explore, work, or study with everything needed a short walk away. The cabin has an open plan living area and a breakfast bar, complete with plenty of modern home comforts for relaxing or working. Our property provides a super comfortable bed and a well kitted out kitchen allowing you to cook your own meals, or you can visit the many pubs or eating establishments on your doorstep along Mill Road. SLEEPING: Studio Bedroom: 1 x Double Size Bed Large built in wardrobes with shelves and hanging space. Bathroom with walk in shower and toilet. Bath and hand towels delivered for each guest, with toiletries provided including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hand wash soap. CHILLING: Well appointed open plan living area with a flat screen 50 inch Smart TV to select your favourite Streaming App from Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus, YouTube, or Local TV channels. Superfast Wifi for work or study. EATING: The modern kitchen is generously sized, and kitted out for home dining. Use of appliances include an oven, 4 burner hob, and fridge-freezer. Smaller appliances include a microwave, toaster, and kettle with some condiments provided. There is also a washing machine and drying rack for personal use. PARKING: Parking on the street is for local residents only, but there are a number of short term and overnight car parks that are available nearby and only a short 5 or 10 minute walk away. Parking overnight is free in the council run carparks. LOCATION: Situated on Mill Road and close to Anglia Ruskin University and the City Centre, this is a prime position for all occasions and an easy walk to many attractions and colleges. Cambridge station is less than 10 minutes walk and there is a National Express just down the road at Parkers Piece. Along Mill Road there are many shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs that are easily accessible by foot, and also a number of international supermarkets. I won?t be around in person during your stay, however I have help managing my Airbnb with a professional co-host of Airbnb. My home is professionally cleaned and the linen/towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay. There is also remote self check-in to give you flexibility if arriving late, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay. Please refer to our Guest manual that we send to you, for contact details. Guest access Guests have full, exclusive and private use of my entire home and will not be disturbed during their stay. The property is setup to offer remote access with easy self check-in, and no direct contact with anyone is required. We offer 24/7 guest support should you need any support or assistance during your check-in or stay. Other things to note - We do not allow parties, events or gatherings of any kind and have sensitive neighbours - Smoking in the property is not allowed. - Extra guests are not allowed. - Superfast Wifi up to 100 Mb - Pet are not allowed - Travel Cot and High Chair are available for hire at a cost of £50, or £30 each on their own. Please request during your booking for delivery to property prior to your stay. - Please remove shoes while inside the property and leave in entrance hall. - We provide basic toiletries for your stay. We also provide a washing-up pack, washing tablets, toilet rolls and kitchen roll. If more is needed during your stay there is a supermarket minutes away. - This is our home in Cambridge, please care for it as you would your own. IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification. The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card.
