The main bus and train station is a five minute walk, as is Queens University and the city centre. There are many bars and restaurants on the Dublin Road and Botanic Avenue and we particularly recommend The Points for some great live Irish music and Guinness and Thai Village for some great authentic Thai food. As our apartment is located in a quiet side street, you will not be affected by any noise.Even though you can walk pretty much everywhere we also offer free parking if needed!The ApartmentExtensive renovations and no expense spared in an effort to offer guests one of the city's most premier apartments. A charge will be applied for unauthorised late checkout or early check in.Smoking is strictly forbidden. We are very conscious of being in a residential area and any violation of either rule will result in immediate cancellation of stay without refund.Please be careful not to leave anything behind when you checkout!
