English: Hello lovelies, I am offering my newly renovated, furnished and beautifully located 1-room flat in Tegel for subletting from October/November to February/early March. The Tegler See and the beautiful Greenwich Promenade are in the immediate vicinity (about 3 minutes on foot). The flat is well connected, as the S-Bahn is about 10 minutes away and the rail replacement service (U6) can be reached on foot in 7-8 minutes. Numerous shopping facilities and shopping centres can also be reached on foot in around 10 minutes. There is also a communal garden in the inner courtyard, which can be shared. I am looking for a tidy and quiet person (no parties!). The monthly rent is 930 euros. I also require a deposit. Die Wohnung ist gut angebunden, da die S-Bahn circa 10 Minuten sowie der Schienenersatzverkehr (U6) in 7-8 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Einkaufscenter erreicht man ebenfalls in circa 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Im Innenhof befindet sich zudem ein gemeinsamer Garten, welcher mitbenutzt werden kann. Ich wünsche mir eine ordentliche und ruhige Person (keine Partys!). Die monatlichen Mietkosten belaufen sich auf 930 Euro. Außerdem verlange ich eine Kaution.
