The apartment is located in the quiet district of Mariendorf on the edge of the Tempelhof-Schöneberg district. The Alt-Mariendorf subway station is just a few minutes' walk away. There is a direct bus connection to BER airport. Edeka, Penny, Rewe, Dm and other shops as well as numerous restaurants are within easy walking distance. Freibergstraße is a cozy street behind Mariendorfer Damm and offers plenty of peace and quiet after work. The apartment is sublet from October to the end of April with a normal sublease.
