Neat and very quiet roommate wanted as of September 1, 2024 (for a minimum of 12 months, Dutch speaker only). The room is on the upper floor in my house. The room is very noisy (especially the creaking wooden floor/ceiling) for the occupant below (me) and that must be taken into account! You share shower/toilet and the kitchen with the main resident (me, lady, 53 yrs) and another student (20 yrs). Peace and quiet at home is very important! So a room to study quietly. In this house there is no smoking and hygiene is of paramount importance, to which you must contribute. This is not a house for partying students, busy visitors or doing things together and you are absent on the weekends. A nice chat in the kitchen is of course welcome.
