As of September 1, we are looking for a nice roommate in our student house at the Fossemaheerd in Groningen. The room in question has an area of 16m2 on the first floor and can be rented for €376 per month incl. g/w/e. In addition, there is a one-time €376 deposit. The room has a sink and fridge freezer. There is a toilet and bathroom that is shared with 5 other people and another kitchen that is shared with 3 other people. There is also a washing machine, oven and microwave. At 5 min. Walking there is a small shopping center and the bus connection to the center and station is almost on the doorstep. Furthermore, it is about fifteen minutes by bike to Zernike or UMCG. Our house currently consists of two men and three women who live quietly and like to keep everything clean, but also like to have a good time. We are looking for someone who fits the bill.
