I'm Daan, a 26-year-old master's student at the end of my studies. I'm taking over this apartment from two fellow students and am therefore looking for one other co-resident. It's a neat apartment and I'm starting the final phase of my studies. That's why I'm looking for someone who wants to live in a quiet house, with a bourgeois existence during the week and without crazy house parties on the weekends. However, I can appreciate cosiness, so that people do not live next to each other in the house. If this appeals to you, feel free to read on. Otherwise, I advise you to look further.- The video gives a nice picture of the house and shows what you can expect in terms of space.- The costs for the apartment are €1075, - including gas, electricity and water (but excluding wifi).- In principle, I expect a rent allowance on this apartment of €392,-, which means that the costs are €683, - for 2 people.- However, the housing allowance depends on the income of both occupants. Based on my financial situation, I am entitled to €392,-, but we still have to look at how much you earn as a potential co-resident.- One room is a bit smaller than the other, and if you get this room, we can discuss together what to do with the costs per room.- Assuming that we receive €392 housing benefit, the price will be between €320 and €400 (the room and wifi costs are variable, so it doesn't have to be exactly €341.50).- The rooms will be available from September 1st, but with some coordination with my mates it may already be possible to do some moving work in the last week of August.- I would like to receive your "assessment income" so that I can make an estimate of the rent allowance if you become a co-resident. You can calculate the assessment income via the website of the tax authorities (google "calculate assessment income).- I am on holiday for two weeks from August 2 (including in the mountains) and may therefore be difficult to reach. That's why I'm planning the interview rounds somewhere between 19 and 31 August.
