Hello! From August 1 and September 1, rooms will become available with us in fantastic Elst! We (3 graduated men) are looking for a Dutch roommate (m). No internationals! The detached house is large with many shared spaces, a front garden with carport and a large backyard with a sauna and 5 laying hens. There is also a large balcony which is part of the shared areas. The bathroom with bath and rain shower is shared with 2 other people. The price of the room is inclusive so there are no costs on top of the 550 euros per month. The house is an 8-minute walk from the station in Elst and then within 10 minutes in Arnhem or Nijmegen! We prefer someone who is already working or someone who is a bit further along in their studies. Also, it is appreciated if you have a bit of social skills and don't hide in your room all day!
