And within 5 minutes you are at Grote Markt. For the rest, the house has 2 toilets, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. You will be living together with 3 other housemates, including Anouk (22) and 2 new residents from July: Nanne (20) and Britte (19). The room consists of two rooms of approximately 18m2 and one of 6m2. The rent is €510 including and 15 euros is added monthly for the costs of washing machine + dryer and wifi. We all have a bit of our own life in Groningen, but we like to eat together every now and then. If you would like to come and live here, please send a message about yourself.
