A nice shared house at Bijenhofstraat in between NHL Stenden and Cambuur Stadion.I am offering someone to take over the last 2 months of my contract. Extension is possible (1 Year). You can always move out if you find someone to take over the contract for you.The house is shared with three other people. There is a very small back garden and a bathroom that you would share with them. The house has a washing machine and a dryer. Wifi is included in the rental price and from my experience it has been very good. (400Mbps up and 45Mbps down)Your room is equipped with:- A private kitchen including a fridge (no freezer) and a gas stove. - A second sink and mirrorThe other furniture inside is mine. I can give you everything minus the desk:- Bed- Wardrobe- Coffee Table- ChairThe room is around 14m2. During winter the house is kept warm and you have a big radiator under your window.Smoking in the house is not allowed. Neither are pets.
