There are 7 of us (3 guests, 3 chicks and you) living in our picturesque "villa" in Hof van Delft. We are all active in different associations (dsc/virgiel/laga). We are looking for someone for a permanent room (14 m2, €404) and someone for subletting (18 m2 €424) from 1 Aug - 1 July with a chance of a permanent stay. Our house is within walking distance of the AH, 5 minutes walk from the center and after 12 minutes by bike you can sit in the lecture halls. We have a spacious garden, a balcony for evening sun, a self-built bar, BBQ, dishwasher and not unimportantly a GR where you can party (read: smoke machine, lasers, borrowed disco ball and party lights). Every week we have a house night, which we make a beautiful evening every time. We also go on an annual house weekend, at a HJ change we hold a trapopzuyps and regular house activities are organized. You never eat alone here and when necessary, you also study hard.
